When will the cameras arrive?+
Shipped orders are scheduled to arrive 2–3 days before your event date, so you're never unwrapping cameras the morning of. South Florida orders can be delivered or picked up locally.
Is film included in the price?+
Yes. Every package ships with two twin packs of film per camera, which is 40 photos per camera. The Note comes with 80 photos, The Letter with 160, and The Love Story with 240. The price on the card is the price you pay, and you can add more packs at checkout if your guest list runs long.
What if we don't use all the film?+
Sealed, unopened film packs are refundable, including the ones that came with your package. Leave them in the return box and we'll credit you after inspection - you only pay for what your guests actually shot.
Can we rent cameras without film?+
Yes. Choose the custom option instead of a package, set the film count to zero, and you'll be charged for cameras only. Packages are sold with film included so nobody arrives at their wedding with empty cameras.
How do returns work?+
Everything ships with a prepaid return label. After the event, put the cameras back in the box, seal it, and hand it to the carrier by the next business day.
How many cameras do we need?+
